This is a little bit of how the yard has developed since spring.
It has been amazing to watch, pretty much every day there is something new.
There are 30 raised beds on the property, mostly with established perennials or trees, and a few large beds in the back that are used annually for vegetable gardens.
Starting in spring, every week brings something new, the yard was carefully planned with concrete and interlocking brick pathways between the raised beds; an underground sprinkler system that covers almost every square inch of the yard (but does not go outside the yard); a gorgeous wrought iron fence on the front and half the west side and a privacy fence on the back half of the west side and on the alley sides; sidewalk right to the walk-in door of the two car garage (as well as a full concrete pad behind the garage for outside gardening supplies); a deck that overlooks the fabulous gardens; security motion sensor lighting; and all this is on a corner lot so there is only one neighbour (and he is a very good neighbour).
The lot is 50' x 125' and entirely fenced.
